Memorandum of Co-operation for managing the demand and supply of adult social care professional agency workers

A memorandum of co-operation (MoC) exists to manage the supply and demand and the associated costs of using professional adult social care staff from employment agencies. The MoC focuses on agreeing a cap for the rates to be paid by SE councils to agencies for professional adult social care staff.
