Accessibility

We aim to make our website accessible and usable by people of all abilities and disabilities, including those with visual, hearing, cognitive or motor impairments.

This site has been designed and developed to reach the AA standard of WCAG 2.1 wherever possible. This is the international standard for accessible websites and content.  This makes the content readable through standard browsers, and works with assistive technologies, such as screen readers.  AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.

Although we strive to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it may not always be possible to do so in all areas of the website. There may be visual differences when using different browsers and users with different devices will experience the website in different ways.

We are aware that some of the resources on our website may not meet accessibility standards, as they have been created in a range of formats and some have been supplied by other organisations.

We are keen to increase the accessibility and usability of our website, so if you have any questions or feedback, please contact us through seadass@oxfordshire.gov.uk.
