Purpose
The Assistant Director’s Network is a collaborative forum that brings together Assistant Directors in Adult Social Care in the South East to facilitate peer support, shared learning, and the exchange of intelligence across councils, enabling participants to identify challenges, develop solutions, and promote consistency in practice. The Network meets on the 3rd Friday of every other month.
